We assist our clients in planning for retirement and protecting their finances during retirement. Our goal is to make retirement as simple as possible for our clients. In addition, as part of our commitment to our clients, we continue to offer high-quality financial products.
Tom Guidici, the founder of GPS Retirement LLC, has over 15 years of experience working with clients within the financial and insurance industry. Tom grew up in a small Northern California town and was raised by ranchers, railroad workers, and tradesmen who value hard work and integrity. His family and work-life are guided by these principles each and every day. In his view, honesty and integrity are more important than anything else, and everyone deserves to work with someone who demonstrates these values.
Tom is committed to helping hardworking Americans achieve what they have worked their whole lives for: a stress-free retirement. In 2009, Tom left the corporate world and established his firm with the goal of eliminating as much confusion as possible in planning for the future. He takes a personalized approach with every client in order to ensure that they achieve their long-term financial goals. As a result, he treats all his clients as if they were family to him.
Tom leads an active lifestyle. During his free time, he enjoys hiking, camping, and fishing. In his spare time, he coaches and sponsors local youth soccer, baseball, and basketball teams. He also enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife, Christina, and three young children.
Nicole Capuano is responsible for managing client info at GPS Retirement. She’s in charge of processing applications, changing the information on clients’ accounts, processing withdrawals, and generally anything related to GPS Retirement’s clients and their needs. She took the job primarily to help people. Working with and assisting other people has always been her area of expertise. Prior to working with GPS Retirement, Nicole worked as a social worker for several years. Nicole lives in Cranston, Rhode Island with her husband and two dogs. When not helping clients, she spends time traveling or with her family.
Rebecca holds the title of Director of Operations at GPS Retirement. She’s responsible for processing applications and withdrawals, keeping client accounts up to date, basically anything and everything related to clients and their needs. She graduated with a Bachelor’s in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University, and has a long background in customer service. GPS Retirement has provided Rebecca an opportunity to utilize those skills to make a difference, helping clients as part of our team. She’s kind, loyal, and always wants what’s best for clients. When not doing her job, she spends her time cooking, following sports, or with her dog, a black lab named Mellie. She also has two cats, named Squirrel and Sprout.
Jenna Allen is our Event Coordinator at GPS Retirement. She’s in charge of marketing and seminar planning. Prior to joining us here at GPS Retirement, Jenna attended Johnson and Wales University for Event Management, and worked as a banker for five years. However, she decided she was ready to get out of “the corporate life” and give her time to a company where she could really make a difference. Jenna is someone you can count on: She’s loyal, supportive, and gives great advice. When not working, she spends her time gardening, cooking, doing DIY projects, or going on drives with her boyfriend.
